If you have developed bad eating habits, and wish to lose weight and be motivated to take more exercise, then suggestion therapy can be very effective.

I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation, during which time we can discuss how Suggestion Therapy works and how we can work towards reaching your goals that are both realistic and achievable.
