Analytical Therapy (hypno-analysis) £45 per session
This can be summarised briefly as the doctrine of cause and effect – every symptom must have a cause. During Analytical Therapy we find and understand the originating cause and consequently permanently relieve the symptoms. This is a long-term effective therapy and those who have undertaken a course of Analytical Therapy report that they have a greater insight into their lives, they feel more relaxed, confident and generally happier with life.
During Analytical Therapy the state of hypnosis is used to aid recall of past events in their entirety – it dramatically “speeds up” analysis, and similar results can be achieved within eight to twelve sessions as would be expected from the more conventional 1,000 hours analysis! The therapy is totally individual and is, of course, completely confidential.
During each session, in the comfort and privacy of the consulting room, you will link and connect thoughts, memories and emotions back through time until the original cause of the problem is reached. As an adult you will be able to understand how as a child those events were so difficult to handle. Each weekly session lasts approximately 50 minutes, and whilst benefits are felt during the course of therapy, most problems tend to be resolved in a series of experiences towards the end of the period of analysis.
In enabling past events to be re-examined and the emotion released, those patterns of unwanted behaviour, which are no longer appropriate, cease. Recalling past events and emotions in the safety of the consulting room relieves the symptom permanently. Pure hypno-analysis is a fast, gentle and permanent solution to your problem.
