Suggestion Therapy (fee £95 includes two sessions and CD)

The fee includes two one-hour sessions – the first session is used to identify the areas to be changed, and the techniques we will use to effect those changes. This therapy is uniquely built around your own individual requirements using terminology and techniques that you feel comfortable and at ease with. The second session will be to put you into a deep state of relaxation and to give you the suggestion therapy as discussed. A back-up CD will be provided where appropriate.

This form of therapy is probably the best known use of hypnosis. It makes use of a heightened susceptibility in order to change habits and to build confidence. It is known especially for its high success rate in the problem areas:

Suggestion therapy makes no attempt to deal with the cause of bad habits and is only recommended when the problems are not acute. If the client experiences more than one of the above problems, then analytical therapy is recommended.
